Im afraid you went over my head with that one.... My problem, feels like an invisible chain wrapped around my neck. By making certain movements I can manipulate it into cracking or popping, and I'm trying to snap it by doing so. It's as graphic as it sounds unfortunately. So, shall we remove the invisible chain? And are you snapping the chain or your neck? I hope it's the chain  lol
