PHILLY PA Recount is done. Hillary gained 5 votes.

Not good enough for Stein. She's fighting in Federal Court to get the whole state to recount the ballots just like the Federal Judge ruled for her in Michigan. That judge found that waiting 2 days to start, as Michigan was wanting to do, would give IRREPARABLE HARM to Stein.

How in the hell is that even possible? It literally doesn't make sense at all. He said the 5 million voters in Michigan would be disenfranchised if they waited the 2 days to start the recount.
Here again what the hell does this judge think happened while Michigan didn't certify their results for a week or so? I'd say they were checking everything to make sure their totals were right and that there weren't any problems. When they satisfied themselves that they were right, they certified the results.

It's absolutely disgusting that we have federal judges that make a ruling like that. Saying a candidate that failed to get any more than 1%n of the vote would suffer irreparable harm if the recount didn't start today is complete LUNACY. This judge should be removed from the bench. He is clearly not operating with all his faculties when he makes a decision like that.

I'll bet that Stein gets the same results in the Federal Court in Pennsylvania. I'm hoping that this judge is someone that respects the Constitution and the 10th amendment and tells her that he has no jurisdiction in this matter and even if he did, she didn't suffer any harm at all.

There was a thread here about an FBI guy who did the background checks for judges - he said the ones who had a lot of dirt on them were the ones who got appointed.

If those states counting and can’t finish in time do not send electors, then are those electors subtracted from the whole number of Electors appointed from all the states? It make a tremendous difference.

"The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed;"

Trump will easily win if it's true as Hillary has zero chance of flipping all 3 states, which is what she must do to win.
