because someone wrote this was a frame rate glitch, which is BULLSHIT, if it was a frame rate glitch we would have seen it in all the video with some lines or skipped frames, what we saw was the morphing software trying to re-adjust the image in that particular spot, PERIOD. That wasn't Assange.
