julian assange is the creator of wikileaks... a website decated to people get and or give secret information to the website with out being reported and stuff...

Interesting find OP and as soon as I saw the flaws at the beginning of the video you posted I instantly though of the same face-to-face technology the video mentions later on as I did a video on the risks of that very technology myself a few months ago.

Assange didn't do shit other than making bold promises that never came to fruition.The simple fact is he either sold us out to move to a villa in Portugal with the rest of the vermin or they whacked him,either way he didn't do squat for us.

This video proves nothing. I'm not saying whether this is or is not true but here's my speculation.

I'm a graphics designer/video editor. On certain jobs I have to adjust the video framerate/speed after a footage has been shot. For example, the cameraman sometimes shot the footage in 24p (24 frames/s) when he/she had to shoot it in 30p for example and I had to make it 30p (or 60p) after it has already been shot.

For this purpose I'm using a tool in the video editing software which processes the original footage and changes the framerate without introduction of jitteriness that would appear if you changed the framerate without this tool. It does this by smoothing out the motion via automatically adding the missing in-between frames to create the smooth motion. For a smooth 30p video, the software has to add additional 6 frames to the 24p original footage by guessing the missing motion. The algorithm which creates the in-between frames however, while sophisticated, isn't perfect and from time to time artifacts in the image WILL appear where the software fails to predict the missing motion, creating strange artifacts which look exactly the same as in this Julian Assange video.

Again, this is just my speculation but it looks very similar to what I'm seeing when the video software fails to properly do its job. Could be anything.
