JILL THE WHORE FAILS 11-28-2016

It is now being reported that Jill the Green Party whore has been denied a recount in Pennsylvania. The reason being she missed the deadline to file such a request with a Pennsylvania court. I will tell you all IT IS FINISHED.

Even if Trump loses both Wisconsin, 10 votes, and Michigan, 16 votes, the 20 Electoral College Votes he just got from Pennsylvania put him at 280. The requirement is 270, so Donald Trump is now CONFIRMED as POTUS. The Snowflakes, George Soros and Hellary the Shrew, FAILED IN THEIR ATTEMPT TO OVERTHROW THE WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ON NOVEMBER 8TH, 2016.

Stein missed the deadline for automatic recount.

She has instead joined in a voter-initiated lawsuit to have the votes recounted. But, there has to be clear evidence of fraud BEFOREHAND before the lawsuit will be accepted. It has only been FILED for consideration by the court.

Stein campaign files Pennsylvania recount suit

As Stein points out herself in a video posted on Sunday, initiating a statewide recount of Pennsylvania’s vote is “especially complicated.” Unlike Wisconsin, Stein can’t simply file a direct request for a recount, leaving just two paths for a potential statewide audit.

Stein's lawsuit would have to present evidence that election fraud was probable in Pennsylvania. Democratic Secretary of State Pedro Cortes says there's no evidence of voting irregularities during the Nov. 8 election

“Absolutely not,” Cortes told reporters. “There is no evidence whatsoever that points to any type of irregularity in any way, shape or form."

While Stein is essentially alleging that errors, tampering or hacking had occurred to affect outcomes in the three states, even computer scientists who recommended a recount to rule out tampering have gone to great lengths to make it clear there is no proof of hacking or fraud in the election results.

Pennsylvania State Department says Stein missed recount deadline

By PHILIP WEGMANN • 11/28/16 3:29 PM

Jill Stein has everything she needs to launch a presidential recount. She's got the cash, the grassroots fervor and the spotlight of an adoring media. But there's one thing she needs to overturn Trump's victory: a calendar.

Stein missed Pennsylvania's deadline to file for a voter-initiated recount. That blown deadline is a huge blow for Democrats who have pinned their hopes on recounts in the Keystone State, Michigan and Wisconsin.

"According to Wanda Murren, spokeswoman for the Pennsylvania Department of State," the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Monday, "the deadline for a voter-initiated recount was Monday, Nov. 21."

Less than 50%:

 Quoting: Deplorable KC_Goldshine

I had understood the deadline was different for different counties. If she is going this route, it may just be the counties that are heavily dem populated like Philly.

The other way she can get a recount is by proving fraud. If she can prove fraud happened, she can get a recount is what I heard.

It's a requestfor a recount.

Jill Stein beats deadline in Pennsylvania but faces uphill battle for recount

In order to actually trigger a recount statewide, which is the goal, Stein needs to find nearly 30,000 individual voters and have them submit an affidavit requesting the recount -- that's three voters for all 9,163 precincts in the state. If she does find 27,000-plus voters to do that, they must file their affidavits by the end of business Monday.

If those requirements are not satisfied, there will be no recount in Pennsylvania -- at least not without a lawsuit.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 43865559

How the heck do you recount Pennsylvania anyway? It's a state that uses electronic machines WITH NO AUDIT or PAPER TRAIL. So what do you count?

So to recap:
Wisconsin has agreed to a recount by machine not by hand and Stein is threatening to sue. She has not paid any money which should of been paid on FRiday per state statute.
*Note not one penny out of her pocket yet.

Pennsylvania Stein's only avenue is through the courts but Pa officials say absolutely no voter fraud has occurred. Very uphill battle for her as Clinton camps even says no fraud occurred.
* Note not one penny out of her pocket yet.

Michigan just recounted by hand every ballot and has doubly counted and certified the vote today. She has to Wednesday to stir the pot there.
* Again not one penny spent,

We will see if tomorrow by noon whether she forks over 1 million plus. Stay tuned Crazy bitch.
