I went to a JC Penney Thursday and i felt like i was in a TURD WORLD COUNTRY....i waited in a line that stretched 80+ feet for 10 minutes and did not move 1 CENTIMETER! I heard at least 3-4 different languages none of which was english. I eventually just threw my items on the floor and walked out.
