Anonymous Coward User ID: 41363484 United States 11/24/2016 02:36 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Lol we don't get Saudi oil. We get the monetary investment from their oil profits. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 62819216 This is true, the United States has never been a major importer of Saudi oil. What we've done is insure the safety of the oil supply to all our allies and the rest of the world and made a killing doing it. Everyone has to buy with the petro dollar which enriches the U.S. In return we guarantee the safety of the oil supply and the safety of the Saudi kingdom. The U.S. itself though imports very little oil from them, We've got more than enough to supply ourselves. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 41363484 United States 11/24/2016 03:34 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It would be a better deal to ban Saudis and their money from America. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72973289 When it comes to absolute stupidity I have to cast my vote for the comment above. The Petro dollar has brought more wealth to the United States than any kingdom or government or crooked enterprise ever devised. ALL Saudi oil must be bought with good old American green backs, And America gets a huge cut from that pie. Now it's true we have to protect the Saudi's and the oil supply to get it, but the money was just too good. When the oil money from Saudi Arabia stops, The United States will crumble. |

You obviously don't have a clue where the oil money from Saudi goes. Here is a hint. It's not the USA. In fact, the United States has been crumbling because American dollars buy middle east oil at the gas pump so they can build new skyscrapers while our bridges are falling down. The only cut goes to Standard Oil fatcats who manipulate the crude and gas prices. Most of the oil comes from the middle east. A little comes from Mexico. The only oil we get from Canada is called Canola for cooking. It's made from rapeseed so it's really toxic to humans but what the hell. Between chemtrails, vaccines and GMO we are all about dead anyway. |

It's your kind of thinking that the united states is crumbling. Greed, above all else. The criminal financial system that props up the United States Federal Enterprise must crumble, for the good of the world. |

Quoting: mondali1 They'll just sell their oil to the Chinese who would be more then happy to buy it... A epiphany I had watering my lawn one day. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72973289 True... only that they will have a difficult time placing a ban on private Saudi investments and there's lots of that, counting in $$ Billions. They would have to confiscate the assets or refund. I don't see it. I came. I saw. I Concorde. For once you have tasted Concorde you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards, for there you have been and there you will long to return. We get the monetary investment from their oil profits. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 62819216 No, we import tons of Saudi oil, for refinement and exporting. It is too dangerous to refine in the Middle East, due the muslims blowing themselves up(and others), so the Saudi's built a few refineries in America as ultra silent partners. Saudi oil, is for export only. It is brought into the gulf/Texas, refined, then shipped back to the Middle East, or to Europe/Asia(via Panama Canal). |
