I hate fine only cameras as the rich just ignore them, it is like a toll for rich people. They have red light cameras all over my city and you watch the high end cars just drive straight through. Speeding cameras and transit lane cameras are the same. No points just get your personal assistant to pay the fine online. I am surprised they don't have auto billing or bulk discounts.

Soon Americans will be sent to gulags in Alaska to build dams by hand.
