SJC rules drunken drivers have no right to lawyer before Breathalyzer test

Why do you want a lawyer before being breathalyzed, unless you know you are pissed. In which case you deserved to get fucked over.

It's difficult to free the man who embraces his chains.

I hope our state does not change over to allowing those suspected of drunk driving or under the influence driving, to refuse testing or get an attorney first.
That is a crazy bad idea.
They should take the test especially if they were involved in any motor vehicle violation.
