In other news, I'm about to do a total about face and I think bail on the 1 bd in preference for a studio - the thought of having a ready to move in apt and not buy a bunch of furniture was appealing - esp if I want to buy later. Think that's crazy? Also would be nice to not deal with a condo owner but proper building
