If Cheryl Mills, Hillary's Lawyer and "Best Friend" requested that they delete the emails, that is equivalent to Hillary asking them to delete the emails.

All the FBI has to do is put the vice grips on Mills and Samuelson and ask them under oath who instructed them to relay the order to destroy the files and/or if it was discussed at all with Hillary.

Trust me, this is the best evidence you will get regarding the order of destruction unless the FBI manages to flip Mills, Samuelson or anyone else that has direct knowledge of Hillary requesting it.

Also, I should add that this group of people were all in the know that they were committing crimes using the Foundation as a front to rake in massive amounts of money for the individuals involved.

So they would have all wanted those emails deleted, as it was conspiratorial in nature.
