I'm sure everyone knows where manasas is (if you don't, it's northern VA many people commute to DC, I'm pretty sure it always votes dem but I could be wrong) Chesterfield county (where I live) is just south of Richmond, a fairly large county but a lot of rural areas, i am pretty sure it usually casts a republican vote. Here's a link from the local news Chesterfield County Registrar Larry Haake and City of Manassas Registrar Susan Reed for refusing to disclose election records showing more than 1,000 non-citizens improperly registered to vote in Virginia.
