This can be used against the spiritual powers in high places that now have control. But be aware that if you are in sin that you will experience blow-back. Also, when you fight the devil he fights you to the point that you will see it. He is happy to let you smoothly ride your horse of prosperity into hell as long as you don't rock his boat.

Note that modern so-called "Christians" are largely against these prayers. Since they are not aligned with God's word they are obviously aligned with the adversary.
