I tweeted to Comcast one time. I got an immediate follow by both accts and a DM....my issue was quickly resolved. Lol. Tweeet in all caps "COMCAST SUCKS". That gets their attention.  Before I pulled the plug, all I ever got from them was the run around. Worked out well though because I never realized how better it was not to have Cable TV. . Oh, I'm really not kidding. She got DM immediately. Then the white collar executive personally called my home phone. I also received emails from her. Oh yeah, it worked try it. Lol. I was credited 4 MONTHS. I kid not. I was so PISSED off. It's a long story, but I distinctly remember asking "Paul" if he was working in the United States....they don't know how to respond to these question.
