I got an immediate follow by both accts and a DM....my issue was quickly resolved. Lol. Tweeet in all caps "COMCAST SUCKS". That gets their attention. Oh, I'm really not kidding. She got DM immediately. Then the white collar executive personally called my home phone. I also received emails from her. Oh yeah, it worked try it. Lol. I was credited 4 MONTHS. I kid not. I was so PISSED off. It's a long story, but I distinctly remember asking "Paul" if he was working in the United States....they don't know how to respond to these question. "May the road rise up to meet you.... May the wind be always at your back..." |
