If he did this he would never get anyone else to trust him because he'd be violating contractual agreements of a very personal nature for anyone allowing cameras to follow them around. Plus I suspect the ratings for all his shows would take a hit.
If it gets out somehow and he claims innocence he should be held fully responsible. Nobody is going to buy that some intern did it.
