The benevolent ET's put a stop too the Grey's unrestricted abductions from the 70's-80's. Thousands of traumatized people from that time period, possibly millions abducted but their memory alteration technology is very good so only thousands remember. Particularly those with heightened nervous systems and excess adrenaline. It's a good thing, I'm not entirely sure the specifics what I understand is the benevolent's located some human souls worth protecting that in-turn pissed the Grey's and their overlords off so their was a small scale retaliation for the protection of the benevolent's and they formed a treaty between races. Presented an agreement too the Grey's with the threat of near annihilation if they did not agree.

So they agree'd, but rogue forces within the Grey's and their overlords faction continue monitoring and very occasional abductions. They are hunted and punished on a case-by-case basis. The forces of good are upholding their protections of the human and other species of earth so far. While even greater forces in the universe converge on one another. Their technology is so great that their forms of warfare are similar too ours in that they reserve their planet / soul killing weapons and all sides are hesitant to use them. Small skirmishes with treaties signed mostly, some humans have been brought into the inter galactic community on both sides.

Original plan was to wait for the human race too evolve to higher form, but due too threats by the malevolent forces. The time-line has been exponentially quickened. Humanity is now set to be inducted into the inter-galactic community upon fewer key advancements. (faster than light travel, spiritual advancement, and location of ET home planets). Humanity could go either way benevolent or malevolent, and it is within the terms of the agreement neither side will force the path.

We are no longer in our baby stages, this is recognized nearly universally by the ET species. Humans are viewed more akin too teenagers, in our developmental years. Learning and making choices now that will lead us down a path of benevolent beings or malevolent. We hold great power for whichever factions we align ourselves with, the malevolent beings with too use us and our great numbers as their foot soldiers. With our highly militaristic society, it is speculated given the technology of the ET races humanity could go on to greatly expand the dominion of the malevolent factions.

The benevolent being's are spiritually mentoring members of our species in their ways, and recognize in us also the potential for great things. In their view we could better serve the universe as teachers of arts, friends, protectors and mentors of both the higher life forms and lower.

They're not really friendly. Some of us in the darker more abduction centered moments, have some vague memories of gandalf type mantis, trying to appeal more to the kids and not scare them. That was when I was very young.

Being removed from that program and more on the Wake Up Team one is a better situation where real contact happens, and inspirations.

There are many sides, and the only true Higher Ups are the Good and the Hero's. Higher Mind is everything, including understanding others and compassion. Love and using talents, growing your skills to assist, intelligence. It means spirit/soul is huge.

When you take away understanding and compassion/love for others you become regressed consciousness.

Bigger Spirit/Soul, growing infinitely larger than stars themselves , then this universe are vastly superior, True Higher Ups, than their concept of dog eat dog, darth vader, bad wolf running things. Top predator is a tiny shriveled consciousness in a virus vault universe.

Unfortunately he dragged alot of souls here and lots come in and try to show what they're made of and improve their skills trying to help others.

So even this place is used to grow up more.

Hero's and Family are up there and all you need to do is wear your clean underwear and joy, love, appreciation, and be willing to help others. That frequency is not a match for the dark side to access. Show kindness and they don't have permissions over you.

Shine, be happy, look up. Family is waiting for you. Everyone gets checkups, not everyone remembers them though.

It's time for people to start to push back against their programming and instead of this hate one another campaign, gain some compassion and kindness, even a tad of a sense of humor in the trials and just rise above it. Be kind, look up!

They're there for you, you're there for them. We're all Family and Love is the constant!

Getting the "dark" side interference to end, involved Higher Human group stationed here, form Taurus, and Shasta. That is what he identified as, and very tall 8 foot tall muscular blond male, the females were the technicians/doctors and the men guarded and it wasn't just anyone doing checkups on women, they used higher protocols and respected your boundaries that way.

The other things ended, because during that event/checkup, I wrestled with my anger and fear and trying to stop what I assumed was greys, when suddenly it dawned on me, that nothing mattered here. Nothing worked to stop this, they just seemed to access you anyway. That no matter what, who I was, my nature, needed to stay positive and so being Kind to the Doctor, not making it tense and bad, but replied somehow to a thought she gave me with humor.

That kindness was it, there was protection instantly offered and none of my memories or experiences since then, 2010, have been negative.

Kindness. Be kind! That's ark, acts of random kindness. That's wearing your clean underwear.

Please wake up everyone. You're all Et. And we have Family watching over.

That group wasn't directly related to me, but he said we were akin to cousins. I already remembered a soul trip from lyra and planets going down here in this solar system. But we're not even limited on this level, its not linear journey. There are places of wonderful higher mind, higher groups all over, andromeda even.

Feel, start to feel others, stop reacting to them, or if you do, withdraw and think it over and then respond as if trying to find what makes the other happy.

Feel! Feel the cosmos, the heavens above you. We're all apart of everything and all our different journey's are all happening "at once in no time", so you can reach so much more than in a box.

Push past every attempt to bar your way out of that box they have you in.

The universe asks, Are You Kind? That's how you get out of here, understanding others. Respecting others. This is like having your face smeared in the kitty litter. Earth.

Kindness rolls off it like water on wax. In a pearls to swine sort of way. I get it, but I plug my nose to kitty poop.

One of my memories, not sure if it was past or future. Have been told when they prepared me for night journey and had something clipped on my fingers, hands on my head, arranging some device, that was phased, ie not there, but the covers moved. A little freaked right out that something was happening. And they told me, just before blanking out, You must know you're from the future.

So have had past life memories, this was something else, and a man from South America, Ecuador was writing to me. In fact this issue was the one that made me contact him as he had mentioned dolphins.

One day was listening to dolphin sounds in nature, a short video on youtube. I had a habit of joining dolphin sounds, whale sounds, with binaurals, and meditating to it.

This time, reached for the screen, after hearing him speak, it was inner knowing what he said. Touching the screen said outloud, Yes, Yes Yes, you will be free. We are here now. I am here now.

And remembered, this dock, standing in a blue uniform, a tall willowy dark blond haired woman, pleiadian like, with men around and we were discussing plans for earth, for dolphins, ceteceans. It was like an emergency thing.

But, it felt like a future timeline and that I had ported into a past one.

So after writing to him he suggested that I didn't remember, we were there now, on a water planet in Scorpio system.

Don't know that part, just know that there is a huge harvest going on with the ceteceans, they are being removed from earth.

We're rescuing them.

The only thing that is so sad, is until Fukushima and the other events that caused so many die offs, and tumors, in the ceteceans, I had no idea that that "memory" was concerning such a negative event that our elite did, instead of bringing the clean technology they were gifted with for the upgrade of this planet and humans.

Even right now, they can reverse this and use REVERSE SINE. Put that haarp like scalar wave, ham radio and others HZ technologies to good use for a change.

Reverse Sine can cancel out all negative frequencies including radiation and including diseases, like cancer and tumor causing ones.

We don't have to go down this route!

But ceteceans are crying for help and freedom! And there are huge teams for them.

Well the thing is this, true family, love, higher ups, rolls up its sleeves, and dives deep into the trenches to help and assist those who are stuck in anger, and poverty and pain, and can't think straight, to reach them and help them, show kindness, share, care, do what's right.

They're not to be found in the lofty places, but more hidden and humble ones.

That's where the real work is and that is were Love goes always.

And because we've already passed the tests, ie the scarsity and tests on equality long ago, or whenever in no time, it really is, concurrent with this life time probably. But, we don't come in alone, but with a bungee cord, Ie, we have other family members around, a support team, in our lives, and we have experiences giving us support while here.

An example, driving long distance through mountain passes, winding highway having to pass semi's, white knuckled with fear but having to clear up the lineup behind. Kids onboard.

They would always lock onto my car, and show me they were overhead and not to fear. My car could be a spaceship in a nano flash if needed.

This one time it wasn't even good enough, couldn't calm down though Family overhead had shown me in my mind, they were there, so this guy, huge, beamed in, half within me and half without, creating his own space for himself, and mind merged so i wasn't driving the car for 5 or so minutes, he was. My hands were limp, and he showed me where to look into each corner so the whole trip became smooth and easy.

And then I got home and had a shower, and suddenly am going through a blue portal, recognize this (I believe it was an artificial planet) planet, and there was this council meeting and I was ushered into the meeting and then blank out, not allowed that information.

But, woke up in the shower, shelfed the whole dream as a dream and made coffee and went outside and what looked like a smaller norwegian type blue spiral was in the sky above our evergreens, lopsided and I just knew.

Then someone wrote to me and said, are you Shirely McClain. I still haven't read her book. Tried the first few chapters and though really like her intelligence there is this other plain, kind of elitist thing that I couldn't allign with.

We don't come in alone! In a lower mind warring unequal nasty place like this, but the people here, they're family.

The true work is on the self imo. My fix-it job is me. Compassion and understanding for others, yes. Giving or forcing what is not sought or chosen, no. Not when it becomes a fight. Caring can also be done by respecting personal bubbles and free will to choose.

I am directed to really ignore the self part, this is lower place, and not from here. It's others that count. Always.

Love = Others.

Self is what stands in the way.

That being said, the positive self esteem and inner core, knowing you count, is what makes you know others count.

Am directed all the time, answers always within. And just about everything here is dross. Its not needed. Nothing here is needed except the relationships.
