Hurricane Matthew and the election

Just a thought here. If this hurricane hits Florida with the force they are predicting, or hits it twice as some say, this could perhaps be the event that could postpone/cancel the election.
If enough of the Florida population is evacuated/displaced, I see that as being a reason for Barry to be like...until the people of Florida are able to recover and cast their votes, I will postpone the election until......
