I saw a video today, done by the man's wife and there was no gun at the man's feet. Some 'splainin to do.

wait for the cop's videos to come out after the investigation is over... It backs them up that that retard has a gun...

His wife took the first video of his dead body lying on the ground and there was NO GUN.

Ten minutes later someone takes a still photo and a tiny little gun has miraculously appeared near his foot.

Nothing had changed in the scene except the gun appeared.

Plenty of time to get the throwdown out of a pig car trunk,
press his dead finger to the gun and wipe it into his bloody shirt and place it near his foot.

This was such a common tactic in the 50's 60's and 70's that it is now pretty universal that any cop caught with an unauthorized gun while on duty is in BIG trouble, but it still happens just like it did in THIS case.

Dang, really? I mean I know there are dishonest cops out there. I guess they must have had it all planned out because they were yelling at him to drop the gun in the video that has come out. I guess they knew they were going to frame him to begin with so they were yelling at him to drop the gun that he didn't even have. They knew they would be killing him and would need to leave a weapon behind so before they even fired a shot they were telling him to drop it. Now that is some tricky police work right there.

That whole story concocted that he is a thug who has had run ins with police before is a nice addition. I mean this was obviously a family man who completely respected police officers, I mean he was just trying to make it in life...walking with a book (probably the Bible) and he gets gunned down by police for absolutely no reason other than the color of his skin. WHAT is this world coming to when a respectable man of color cannot walk with a book, damnit!?

Throw down gun is the oldest trick in the book, either way it does not prove anything unless he bought it by fbi instacheck system and their is a reciept or record of purchase from gunstore, but since he had an extensive criminal record he would not have been able to legally buy a gun thought the fbi instacheck

I'm sure his family says he's a great guy and was trying to get his life together. The guy has 7 kids....his wife says he has a mental disability because of a motorcycle accident. I'm assuming that was his DUI?

2005 Sentenced to 15 months in state jail for evading arrest

2005 Sentenced to seven years in prison on a conviction of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Released in 2011.

2015 DUI

According to his past, the shooting was justified, end of story.

I thought it was a gun at first, but i watched the end of the video over and over. I think the cop dropped was a black latex glove. The gun would bounced off the pavement...

You can see that what fell was "light" and kind of flopped/fluttered to the ground, as opposed to something heavy like a gun which would have fallen differently and bounced. People really need to pay attention in physics class.
