Tatra mountains, Zakopane, Poland for a few days. Brought my ski gear and no snow.

I dont think my body could take a mountain trip, my atheritis flairs up more in colder weather.

Poland is real cheap you know. Maybe a bit more expensive to you since Britain is far, dont know the plane tickets prices but once you're there you can live on pocket money.

Yeah pretty cheap. You can dine out, drink and enjoy all activities for about 500 zloty (£100) a day per person. 500 zloty a day each has been my average spend each a day so far.

I don't even have a £100 in my bank.

I'm left with about 50 euros a month after all bills are payed and food bought, so I feel you. Still its no reason you cant travel its harder if you have kids and wife of course. You cant travel hobo style and its much more expensive with kids.
