I am looking forward to seeing if she makes there or if they'll have a body double appear too. If she does actually make an appearance I'm looking forward to seeing how she performs and holds up. I believe there's a lot more to this all and am really questioning why this is all being played out the way it is. That being said, I hope the last part of your comment was in jest... Aside from being a criminal act (attempting to induce a seizure) it's just wrong on so many levels... Ethics, morals, fair play and all that. I hope you were just joking and discourage your daughter if she does consider doing anything like that... It's the stuff we do without really thinking through sometimes when we're young that can trip us up :)

Well everyone here anyway, I think most will be blinded.

We did joke about it and laughed, but she is a smart girl and will stay under the radar (but a strobe light induced face plant would be fabulous ). This is her first Presidential election that she is able to vote in and she is excited to be able to witness this major event first hand. She will behave, but the temptation between the two of us is strong. LOL

A few updates related to the Clinton campaign event being sponsored by the UNCG College Democrats on campus this afternoon.

Individuals coming from off campus to attend the event are being instructed to park by the Coliseum and will be shuttled to campus. Therefore, we do not anticipate significant impacts on campus parking.
There will be brief, temporary road closures during the arrival and departure of the motorcade. These will be in the area directly adjacent to the former student recreation center on 1510 Walker Avenue. We do not have exact timing, but the event is scheduled to begin at 3:45 p.m.
A reminder about policy: In accordance with UNC Policy 300.5.1 and N.C. General Statute Section 126-13, staff who choose to attend the event during their normal work schedule are required to take leave. Those employees who are required to staff the event as part of their official responsibilities (e.g., police) should record their time as time worked. Staff are urged to check with their supervisors if they have any questions.
We do anticipate significant media presence on campus. The UNCG Police are working closely with the campaign to coordinate.
Details are subject to change. You may wish to give yourself extra time if you will be traveling onto or leaving from campus during the mid to late afternoon.
