IMO it seems plausible, what better way to restrict information.

I know it sounds crazy and "we" have been saying something like this for years, but the current info we are getting is almost confirmation that it will happen.

I guess the real problem is, so many things run off the internet (like banking and debit/credit purchases). Will they be able to crash the citizens Internet but keep the infrastructures up? (Does that make sense? I'm still suffering from jet lag, and it's hell lol)

President Obama signed into law on Tuesday the $787 billion stimulus package, which includes $7.2 billion for broadband grant and loan programs.

Both the House of Representatives and the Senate on Friday approved a conference report that reconciled the two chambers' versions of the bill.

No the "Deep Net" is just a layered network that still relies on ICANN Domain Name Service (DNS).
When, and if, the Internet goes it will, most likely, be an issue of IP Addressing ... At least that is how I would take it down ... hmm.

But, because the WISP network is geographically located to its customer base by 'line-of-sight' it will allow for a BBS (bulletin board service) and connect every 'user' to it that is connected to the WISP. The WISP can also hand out www pages/.html so that there is local information ...

With the $7.2B that they awarded other ISP's, WISPs could have networked the entire U.S.!

We know the NWO has a hatred for the internets free speech. Attacks on alternative news sites like GLP, infowars, breitbart, and most importantly DRUDGEREPORT are under attack.

My guess they will roll out required biometrics to get connected to this "new" secondary nework.

Most of the consumer electronics (tablets,smartphones,laptops) are being rolled out with fingerprint readers and cameras capable of iris scanning - face biometrics.

If they pull some monkey shit there will be other DNS providers, thru secured channels, there already are.

The days of the traditional DNS are numbered anyway.
There are a lot of approaches to replace it, some of them working already on a blockchain model.

Theres many possibilities to keep connected and ensure privacy.
