Hmm interesting to see how this plays out.

What gets published, when and how accessible it is, isn't Assange's decision. It never was.

Those that have it will keep the worst and at some point make demands of those implicated, or else. Maybe they already have?

A kind of "extortion". If that person is president, imagine the possibilities. Or an advantage for another to bring down the opposition? It could be going either way.

Wikileaks is simply a way to publish by proxy for the "hackers"... or "sources".

As we speak.........a Clinton delegation is on the way to the Ecuadoran embassy in London for a pow wow with Assange. If he's lucky, they're not a hit squad.

Assange is protected, no worries.

I'd bet the gate swings both directions when it comes to wikileaks. Careful what you wish for folks it might not be all good news.

I hope Assange doesn't let us down. The thing is, there is no offer Clinton could give him that would work. If she said they won't press charges and he can be free (plus some $$), that would be obvious. People would wonder why they aren't going after him.

I hope he's safe and that if God forbid something happens to him there's a backup plan.

And I just love the Dems squirming, wondering what he's got on them.

Where old Julian always fails is his misunderstanding of how much americans will take, or more accurately how little they will do to save their own country.

There could be a video leak of Hillary slicing off a child's head and unless she voluntarily stepped down the american public will do ZERO. NADA. NOTHING. They won't protest, they won't strike, they won't go to a local council meeting, they won't defy laws, they won't engage in civil disobedience, they simply won't do anything no matter how bad things get.

Even when their own existence is threatened they won't do anything, even an animal is smart enough to lash out in that circumstance, but not an american.

Doing something requires balls and americans simply don't have what it takes.

They most likely know what the hackers have by now, how much more of that gets published could depend on a few things.

Assange is in no danger. He isn't entirely in control, the sources are.

Typical (R), afraid his own party's (YA right!) corruption will be exposed rather than realizing that it would be good for the country to know about ALL corruption.

Fine with me, let the truth fly, we'll pick up the peices with pride if we can end the corruption.

Realize that u will never see the really good stuff. That is all being filed away to be used to blackmail leaders when a sanction needed to be lifted or a "mutal" agreement needs signed.

It's either one big game with the masters pulling the puppet strings or it an epic battle of chess that we don't get to see.

I think the Democrats see what's going on, someone in power, and that Hillary is going to lose. They've pulled the plug so to speak. Stick Bernie in, he "unites" the party, and ta daaaa, 4 more years of Democrats.
