Yes, to make such accusations like they have, Russia/ the Russian's did it, which is classed as cyber warfare and can be acted on as such as an act of war.
That is dangerous and inflammatory rhetoric.
What makes it so dangerous is the level crime and its possibility of reaction force to it.

I do not think Russia did it.
I would be more apt to consider it being done inside this nation, with a smaller possibility of it being out side the nation.


Either way making such accusations and repetitive ones toward a singled out entity can leave or lead up to, the door being opened for possibly acting on such accusations.

I do not think Russia had anything to do with the same candidate creating her own severs and set ups.

How can others have any control over a high risk person like that, who goes flying in and moving around in their areas and who is well known to accuse them of hacking or cyber warfare.
While they are packing and using something, even with it maybe compromised, for them to then have something to accuse others of hacking it.

High risk but risks the people take or took their own selves.
