Oddly enough if she is forced to dropout after she gets formally nominated the Democrat National Committee gets to choose her replacement. Kaine would not move up. That only happens after someone becomes President. The DNC would pick a party insider like Biden. If she was to dropout during Convention then delegates would decide replacement.
