The "conspiracy" isn't that white U.S. police are killing lots of black U.S. citizens. That does happen, but so does black police officers killing white citizens, black police officers killing black citizens, and white police officers killing white citizens.

It's the new police policy and tactics learned from ISRAELI security training -- that your own citizens are akin to insurgents in their own country, where they pay taxes and pay the salary of the police.

Before U.S. police departments went to Israel for training, we didn't have this problem as we do now.

Why would U.S. police departments get training in Israel? Do we want our citizens and police to hold each other in the same contempt as the Israeli occupation security forces and the Palestinians do?
