So obviously true. Why wouldn't they have that area cordoned off if there are a lot of crowds and a big police presence (as they are asserting by how many shot holes in the windshield AFTER he ran threw the crowd)? Why no security there when they KNOW that car bombs or truck bombs are a real possibility and where people DO drive through crowds in various areas (with much smaller casualties, of course).

Also, why wouldn't he take that big truck full of explosives and just park it in an area where there are going to hundreds or even THOUSANDS of people and SET IT OFF? Why do a stupid run down that boulevard and be swerving to the left and right AND shooting out the window when you can just leave the truck somewhere and blow up MULTIPLES of this alleged victim count????
