The guy was a serial driving offender. He had been caught many times driving with a suspended license.

The girl was his "handler" and made sure the video was flipped to make it appear like he was not driving.

He was driving and did not have a license. She tried to cover for that by saying they were on their way to get him a license. So he should not have been driving in the first place until he did get his license.

The girl was trying to cover for a lot of things in the video. she said he had a Open Carry license which he did not.

She also said they were stopped by the police because a tail light was broke and not working. That was a lie also as the police radio revealed the cop stopped the car because the driver fit the description of a robbery suspect from a couple of days before.

Also the drivers gun was right there by his left leg. He was told to keep his hands away from the gun but did not follow instruction.

Then there was pot in the car, so he may have been a dealer.
