Hayden Pass Fires burn 6 Thous Acres of Southern Colorado, zero containment

The smoke (orange by the time it gets here) has reduced our visibility in Central CO - you can smell fire for hundreds of miles... and the pictures give you some idea of how hot this fire is, with flames high above the horizon in 100 degrees surface temperatures, and I have no doubt that it was caused by lightening on Friday, I watched it strike from 7PM til 3AM as it passed just south of me, and kept the sky dancing violently for hours on end no rain - "heat lightening" ... and the wind certainly will keep it moving bristly to the NE which is why I can smell it here - half way to Kansas.
