If it was a real emergency she wouldn't have had time to argue with the guy for 3+ minutes.

Agreed! He could have had a stroke/heart attack getting that mad. Probably afraid she'd sue if he physically removed her.

The driver handled her like a champ.

This will be the new game played against whites now...prevoke and record...so if you notice someone verbally poking you for no apparent reason...beware.

He shouldn't have yelled though, but rather just said, and only said "I am at the address which you contracted this ride for, please leave as the terms of the contract have been fulfilled for all parties involved"

Apparently because she wanted to be dropped off at the ER entrance around the back. Obviously other factors caused the driver to become upset. Hard to tell what actually transpired since she didn't record all that.
