A curveball in Trump’s Veep search: He’s seriously considering a retired general
After weeks of focusing on a group of current and former elected officials in his search for a running mate, Donald Trump is increasingly intrigued by the idea of tapping retired Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn in order to project strength and know-how on national security, according to four people familiar with the vetting process.

Flynn, 57, a registered Democrat but fierce critic of President Obama, previously ran the Defense Intelligence Agency.

The persons, who spoke with The Washington Post on Saturday, requested anonymity to discuss their private conversations in recent days with Trump’s confidants and campaign aides.

Maybe Trump has something with this general....

Flynn, a Rhode Island native whose book “Field of Fight: How We Can Win the Global War Against Radical Islam and Its Allies,” comes out July 12, has shown a willingness to be an attack dog, a role often played by vice-presidential candidates.

"If it were me, I would have been out the door and probably in jail," Flynn told CNN in February when asked about presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s email practices while secretary of state. He called on her to drop out of the race.

Trump has no choice but to pick a general, because if you are going to peck a fight with the Illuminati and they decide to kill you, then you want a kick ass warrior on your side to set matters straight. Donald Trump the man who gored the Illuminati.

Trump is not the usual... why not do absolutely the most unusual... a bi-partisan presidential running team. Shake it up!

He is not a friend of the Obama administration...

Flynn did not leave the Obama administration on warm terms. In 2014, he was effectively forced out of the Defense Intelligence Agency as part of a leadership shake-up after clashing with officials over his management style and vision for the agency.

I trust Trump will make the best decision.
He will make sure the choice is right.
He has more than one right for the position to choose from.
He will choose one that is right, there is no vacancy of a right one to select from.
I would be happy with who ever he chose.
So long as he is president.

This could be brilliant.

He brings on board hard core conservatives, nationalists, Constitutionalists, and good decent "democrats" who have no where else to turn.

Possibly also independents if this guy comes out swinging against the corruption,

burnie supporters, I don't know. THEY might go for Trump, or sit it out.

This guy is NOT afraid to stand up to the corrupt and tell the fucking TRUTH to his fellow Citizens.

I've thought Flynn is the BEST choice I've heard for a long time.

Many pluses:

1) Projects strength.

2) Nation will feel confident if Trump goes down, Flynn can handle the job.

3) He's a critic of Obama.

4) He says WE armed and aided ISIS, which we did.

5) He's a Democrat.

Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn says ISIS intelligence reports didn't fit the narrative the White House wanted in 2012 and President Obama must seek the "unvarnished" truth.

Seems like a smart choice.

Trump knows how to pick employees and people to work for him to get the job done right.

Not to mention it would scare the shit out of China, Mexico and every Islamic nation out there. They wouldnt want to fuck with the two of them at the helm.
