These unsuspecting people (sometimes mentally ill) take part in what they believe will be a drill. They are paid and given equipment, and props. These people are set up. Crisis actors are included to also take part to make sure they fill in the narrative for the camera. They place these drills in locations where there are innocent people who have no idea what is to take place, to create the illusion of pandemonium. This is manufactured terrorism to push agendas on the public. |
