Ever wonder why they call alcohol/liquor "Spirits"? Once you consume a certain level you open your body up to demonic spirits so that they may enter in to take control over you. You are probably right but I think more subtle and socially acceptable substances that sometimes stimulate the same receptors as cocaine like sugar can be as bad or worse because the "loss of control" is less noticeable to others than alcohol.

Anything that creates more impulsive behavior allows for control from a different realm so that a person gets comfortable doing random things just because it satisfies an urge.

Also, take some personal responsibility for your actions and their consequences instead of blaming imaginary 3rd parties.

Have you ever met a drunk that takes personal responsibility for their actions and consequences? Me neither.

I would not say that at all...

It gives people enough courage to say what they really think, true.

But, alcoholics are the WORST researchers you could ask for. They cant retain enough over a lifetime to really piece much of the bigger picture together. Alcoholics are definiteky some of the most ignorant people Ive met in life.

I have found just the opposite. Most of the heavy alcoholics that I’ve met in my life are some of the most intelligent people. They drink copious amounts of alcohol because life is too easy for them. Nothing is a challenge. Just like everything else in the world, it takes all kinds.
