Re: Remote viewing Ancient Civilizations: a compilation of data
last question

if these 'blind' conquistadors sailed across an ocean from a place with a coat of arms with an inscription that translates to 'lucifer's temple' went and buried a big stone and built a cathedral/temple of their own dedicatecd to their own god over it

who is their cathedral/temple dedicated to and who do they worship?

and who are they not trying to hide?

Re: Remote viewing Ancient Civilizations: a compilation of data
Who were the giants who were dominating Mexico and Guatemala before the Olmec?
They were considered superior in strength, intelligence, and in the art of wielding of weapons.
They had lots of wealth and an advanced society.
The natives said their "god" manage to kill them off and free them from those giant oppressors.
I only have a french name for their people, Quinamés... sorry i couldnt find an english translation.
(The book i'm reading from is in french, Histoire des nations civilisées du Mexique et de l'Amérique-centrale by Brasseur de Bourbourg)

About the liberator, the god figure who manages to get rid of the giants... He had to go back to his homeland and later came back, i think he was called the son of the serpent or something serpent where did he go back to? or came from? I'm not sure about the time, but i think it was around 3000bc.

Is he the guy in the father Crespi gold tablet collection? cause there's definitely a dude holding a serpent in there and it's a realistic representation vs the usual stylise iconography of the area.

Re: Remote viewing Ancient Civilizations: a compilation of data
I remember back in high school 35 years ago or so(late 70s), a friend and I were hiking down a small mountain after a flat on motorcycle. My friend found between two large boulders (rocks) we were walking between full of leaves mostly and he stumbled on a statue of about ten inches high by about five inches diameter, not round but kind of squared with head almost as big as body and looked like it belong or should have been found in central or south America as it resembled something from those older civilizations. This is/was found in north Alabama very close to Huntsville, Ala.
Who were these people and what happened to them?

Do they tell a story? If they do, what story do they tell?

Re: Remote viewing Ancient Civilizations: a compilation of data
Greetings.

Me and my colleagues undertook a project in the recent years.

To supplement our own ends we began aquiring knowledge through means that, for the purpose of this thread we'll call remote viewing.

For our own purposes would like to answer questions regarding ancient history and civilizations, from Sumer, Babilon to the most recent ice ages and beyond we are capable of providing insight and information on even the most ancient past, for as long as human species were present in a remotely recognizable form.

Before you ask for your questions about history and prehistory:

Several ground rules.

1. We're not all knowing, archeology and history are our focus, we cannot and will not venture far beyond such topics.

2. We're not here to engage or entertain conspiracy theories, nor to discuss or forward opinions, you ask - we answer.

3. Please try and condense as many questions into a single post as possible.

4. We're not remote viewers, our means of supplementing our knowledge are ours to keep, please do not ask for a reading, the title is such because an average reader of these boards is familiar with the term.

Thank you. Feel free to ask about human history, prehistory and archeology as you please.

political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

There's quite a bit of sophisticated remains, they are however buried beneath layers of multiple colonization periods. Florida itself was inhabited for the better part of the last 40.000 years.

The greatest cities however are submerged off the coast between it and Cuba.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72485577

The Cucuteni culture was one of several such groups who, over the period of more than 5000 years either crossed the Black Sea or spread out from it.

They were the descendants of several different nations who lived in pre-deluvian Greece, around the Black Sea and in Turkey.

They migrated slowly, recovering some level of civilized life along the way, by the time they reached Carpathia they were already a fairly advanced tribal society.

 Quoting: Brawndo

Most larger hominids and members of the homo genus were long extinct by the time of the Olmec civilization and the few survivors were far too few and degenerated to dominate the Native Americans.

It is possible that the myths became jumbled as oral tradition does not translate well over centuries. There were large species who survived well into 5.000 B.C and a few holdouts who lived in the previous millenium but these were mostly in North America where their civilization once reached their height.
