The last time she was a registered member, her handle was "Chikin". She had another handle before this, but I honestly do not remember it. About 3 years ago, after having trouble with her account, she started posting as an AC. Quoting: tiger1 Her real first name was Cheryl, and she was friend of mine for years, here in my area. She is the one who told me about GLP many years ago. I lurked around for a while, and then became a registered member of GLP 6 years ago. The fact she told me about this site, is something I am ever grateful for. Cheryl was 53, and had been fighting cancer for the past several years. She tried everything available out there, from natural remedies, to traditional remedies, to faith healers. She wanted to be around to see her kids grow up, and she did. Cheryl fought the good fight, and was one tough chic. I lost my mom this last week, but I'm happy for her and for Chikin as well. They are on the other side and having the time of their life. They are happy happy happy and wouldn't return if they had a choice. They completed their course on Earth and have returned home.  Praise God from Whom all Blessings flow !!! |
