I am in my mid-60's. BMI 21, 5/11 height, 175lbs, kayak, mountain bike, hike, work in my garden as I am retired. My body still looks physically similar to when I was in my thirties or forties.

Moderate exercise, diet or eat less, avoid stress.

You're an idiot. I'm a devoted my mom who works hard everyday and this was strictly for convenience. I get hit it on frequently by I'm not interested in so I decided to take a chance on online dating. Like I said, Chip, I have not accepted a single man yet. Not a one has caught my interest, so I am hardly desperate and dumb, how about intelligent and selective? And sadly discovering there's not much out there.

It's simple. Men with money can 'buy' younger women. You really think a woman in her 20s is physically or even mentally attracted to a man in his 50s?? No way.

Men start 'hitting a wall' in their 50s, not 40s. I find the more stressed a life a person lives, the older they look as they age. If you treat yourself right, limit stress, eat well, blahblahlbah, aging doesn't hit you as hard...whether you're a man or a woman.
