What percentage of the population identifies with gender this way? I didn't realize it warranted a rule that was so encompassing. I don't think someone should be refused care for this reason, maybe sent for some other type of treatment. They will have to open ton of trans specific clinics or offices if there is this many. Future goldmine in all things trans, it appears.
