After thought:

OK, weeks back we read that trans people are prone to change what sex they feel like day to day, hour to hour and we must accommodate that. So say a trans that feels like a woman goes in for female issues (of what sort, I can't imagine) gets diagnosed and goes home with meds. BUT!! Then 6 days later he feels like a man and realizes the meds he's taking are detrimental to his health!

Is the Dr. liable or is the lying person who goes in 'feeling' like a woman liable?

Just musing here...maybe it's even a rhetorical question. The trans wins. Right?
