I'm more of a clencher with slight grinding. Dentist told me when my tmj acts up (which causes me to grind more) to take melatonin. He said this will relax my jaw muscles. |

Google yoga psoas stretch release and find a gentle stretch that is right for your fitness level. A nice easy one od to lie on your back on the floor legs straight and bend one knee to your chest. Don't hold yyour knee of the top of your shin. Hold the back of your thigh and let your lower leg fold over your hands. Leave your knee free and u.co.pressed. you are stretching the bands that hold hip to leg to spine. Its much easier to google images. Your psoas muscles are connected to your jaw muscles by nerves. The next step is to learn David Bercelis TRE. Its totally free if you get his books or DVDs from the library. Its cheap of you buy the book on kindle. Just do it. Look at YouTube videos of you like. Look at the par bear video. This is a real remedy. You won't believe it til you experience it But right this minute. Whatever psoas stretch is convenience t for you. BTW if that .uscle relaxer was a Valium you can get the benefit without the risk from an hour of gentle stretching a day. Three twenty minute stretch breaks is an hour. It doesnt matter what you stretch. You can become a yogini or you can do your old softball stretches. It doesnt matter. You will increase GABA which fills your Valium receptors. Great for pain and tension and all natural. And yeah, I tooth click rather than grind. You brought my attention to it. I will see of just stretching like I described fixes it. |
