Formal Declaration of War against Mystery Babylon

Articles of Warfare

Whereas Mystery Babylon and the Daughter of Babylon have committed repeated acts of war against the Government and the people of New Jerusalem; Therefore be it Resolved by the Assembly of Heaven and Spirit of Prophetic Witness, that the state of War between New Jerusalem and Mystery Babylon which has thus been thrust upon New Jerusalem is hereby formally declared; and that the Commander be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to employ the entire Host of New Jerusalem and the resources thereof to carry on War against Mystery Babylon and the Daughter of Babylon; and to bring the conflict to a successful Termination all of the resources of the Country are hereby pledged by the Monarchy of Heaven.

Prophetic Rules of Engagement

"Because of the Wrath of IHVH she shall not be inhabited, but she shall be wholly Desolate: everyone who goes by Babylon shall be in Astonishment, and sigh at all her Plagues. Set yourselves in Battle Array against Babylon all around, all you who arch the Bow; shoot at her, spare no Arrow! for she has sinned against IHVH. Shout against her all around: she has submitted herself; her Bulwarks are fallen, her Walls are thrown down; for it is the Vengeance of IHVH. Take Vengeance on her; whatever she has done, so do to her! Cut off the sower from Babylon, and him who handles the Sickle in the Time of Harvest: for Horror of the oppressing Sword they shall return everyone to his people, and they shall flee everyone to his own land." -- Jeremiah 50:13-16
