OK, could you explain that one? Seems like a model of something technical at first glance.

Haiti has beautiful White Sandy beaches making it a great candidate.

Butt what really makes it a Utopia are the beaches with little piles of doo doo scattered around, baking turds and the random nappy-headed "Youth" squatting over a frantically dug hole.

BONUS: The rape, cannibalism and voodoo are natural to the region.

My thoughts are that I did not finish my master's degree to do just that, define sustainability. Very nerdy degree, sociological theory, driven by passion for words, for defining, for naming. When a new word is being thrown around in many different fields and it is not defined, well, nerds like me go, oh, we best define that before it get co-opted and has no meaning at all. That was years ago, however. My thoughts now are that I had purchased ten acres years before that with thoughts of straw bale building and rainwater harvesting in the desert. Had been thinking of the art you shared so I searched your user name to find this thread. Lo and behold. It reminded me of the Ocotillos. Your thread. I could see the Ocotillos in bloom.

To answer OP directly, and concisely, based upon the parameters and directness of the question, I was going to say vision, envisioning, and planning.

1. Social Harmony where people are all happy and content. People all get along.
2. Governing Harmony the government works harmoniously with the people and contributes to overall happiness. The function of the government and the laws work in harmony and seamlessly without any problems. Social services, military, education...every facet works without problems.
3. Material/resource Harmony where all the needs of the people are met and they are happy.
4. There are actually a lot more.

I thought Germany was up to 50% solar. Are your thoughts is that the sun is dying?

Everything has to be in tandem with the growth and aspiration of the people
