If I was running a coffee shop, I would close up shop and move to another city with out such a mentally insane law. Lunatics are running the Asylum now. You can't operate a business under those ridiculous conditions and still be profitable. The fines alone for using the wrong gender pronoun would be enough to bankrupt you. What small coffee shop can afford to pay a $250,000 fine for calling someone the wrong gender pronoun. All it would take is one malicious asshole to complain to the city and poof there goes your business. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why aren't businesses in an uproar over this?

A small business can't operate under these conditions. You know that there will be "all types and stripes" out to try and trick these businesses into saying something that sounds discriminatory, and then poof the lawsuit.
