The easiest way around that is to have single stall bathrooms again with locks on the inside. Even if a business has to remodel the ones they have and just change all the bathrooms to single stalls. This way any gender can flipping use it and not have to worry about some dude walking into a girls room. Maybe do the same things from now on with shower rooms to and so on.
