Why Is Joe Biden Talking About Running Mates?

In a recent interview Joe Biden said he would have liked to have had Elizabeth Warren as his running mate had he entered the Presidential race. Why is he talking about this now?

The video below talks about this, sorry it is on Facebook. I could not find a YouTube version.

It goes into how if Hillary was indicted or had to drop out. They would bring Biden in, which would be bogus.

I am not much of a debater, but found this very interesting. I really do think Americans are going to figure out soon, our entire electoral system is rigged.
