This is actually the first time that I've seen one of these general types of threads where I actually had the same thing happen.

One week ago, at a Chase ATM, declined with money in my account. Just "declined". I am not with Chase

Then few hours later I went to another bank ATM and no problem

Then a few days later, maybe tuesday evening at a Burger King of all places, "declined" again with money in the account. Used it three times since at other places no problem.

My bad its still down!!

Also this will sound absurd but when I want to the ATM at the Chase bank on Friday (a week ago) when I was "declined". I had to drive around the bank like a "U" and you start by the entrance and parking lot, and they had a snowcone trailer there and music playing (Who Let the Dogs Out) and the business and business casual dressed employees and clients I guess, were making their way across my path to that song, like zombies, to get snow cones.

I'm sure that sounds like shit but it would be funny if some big theft or systematic change was taking place and they scheduled some lame shit for employees at the same time.
