Four people have been seriously injured after being attacked by a man with a knife at a station in Munich.

Reports on Bavarian Radio suggest the man shouted "Allahu Akbar" during the alleged attack.

German police are now questioning eyewitnesses.

The incident took place at Grafing S-Bahnhof in the suburban Ebersberg area of the city.

Allahu Akbar means 'God is Great' in Arabic.

The suspect has been arrested. Authorities are now working to identify the man.
