[link to blogs.abcnews.com] Stay. Go. In either case, things ARE going to get worse. I worry about my son. Every time we turn around, there's a "black-out" and he's not allowed to email or call his family. The frequency has been increasing steadily. It usually means something has happened to someone at their base. "Until you are willing to organize your friends and neighbors and literally shut down cities - drive at 5mph through the streets of major cities on the freeway and stop commerce, refuse to show up for work, refuse to borrow and spend more than you make, show up in Washington DC with a million of your neighbors and literally shut down The Capitol you WILL be bent over the table on a daily basis." It’s about our country," Gore said in an interview with NBC's Matt Lauer. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 157046 United States 12/06/2006 06:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The Iraq War is stupid, pointless and terrible but it is not the biggest mistake ever. Al Gore is wrong to say that. We lost 55,000 people in the Vietnam War. We lost thousands more in WWI and WWII. All so the jews could come and cause more war and heartbreak. It is not the worst mistake ever. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 157046It is not the worst mistake ever. so the amount of people the US loses is the only thing you're looking at? how many in the US are in hospitals or care centers for life? gonna put a real demand on the US soon. how many soldiers returning are mentally ill and does the US consider them victims of war? is the US prepared for the influx of mental health issues? seem they did chit for those returned from viet nam. could get more technical but i hope you understand that burying dead is not the only measure to war or "conflicts". for this point in time...bush has made many huge mistakes and lying to go into afghanistan and iraq was very stupid, pointless and terrible. this is not considering all the afghani's and iraqi's killed by the actions of the bush led "coalition" of forces. RedHeaded StepChild...hope you hear good news from your son soon. |
