This makes it a bit harder for Trump. He is going to need Indiana, Oregon and Washington. Hopefully he is discussing strategy as we speak.... |

Quoting: DizzieMissLizzie Trump needs to wine and dine those 54 unbound from Penn. I'm talking, free stays at any Trump hotel for a week and a ride on the private jet kind of deal. ALL PERFECTLY LEGAL and within the GOP rules (if he ever chose to do it). One thing I love about Trump, Trump plays this FAIRLY. (Unlike Cruz, who lies and steals his way to the top.) |

Hey honey I get to take us and the kids to Mar a lago for a week all expenses paid! Look...I was a state delegate and could not take it anymore when they wanted me to go all the way to the nationals. THEY WILL TAKE THE BAIT believe me. Nothing worse than most of the crappy delegates. SOrry but it is the truth and there were a handfull of good ones and they all declined from my knowledge that year. SHEESH! BUY EM TRUMP BUY EM!! SOMEONE WILL DAMMIT |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 71962425 United States 04/08/2016 10:04 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Just looking at the map, Trump can win almost anywhere. There's voter fraud involved no doubt that has probably turned some counties to Cruz - and I'm thinking in the case of Ohio to Kasich. Quoting: Geos Interesting to see that Trump did well in the counties bordering WV and PA. Some of them are in the low 50%'s. I would expect him to carry those two states. Really wondering how Indiana will go. Thinking Kasich could pick off some eastern IN counties, just because of the proximity effect. Then you look along the IL/IN border and Trump did pretty good there. Seems like Cruz might be favored in southern IN, by looking at those KY counties bordering. This primary is on May 3rd, got a little while yet. I don't think Trump will have any issues cleaning up north of VA. Probably going to take NJ, CT, AND RI WITH NY OVER 50%. If there's not much election fraud, IN will likely break for Trump. You're right in that the southern 1/4 of the state (more Bible-beltish) could be a bit iffy for him, but there is a lot of patriot sentiment/discontent. The remaining 3/4 I just flat don't see going for Cruz. Expect Repub cooperation with the Priebus-Diebold Plan in heavily Dem Indy, of course, and possibly Chicago border cities. KY border (w/IN) counties actually went strongly Trump. Even Louisville ...I was kind of shocked @ that. Cruz did best in western KY, and took Frankfort and Lexington. Was really surprised our neighbors to the south went Trump, but I'm proud of 'em. |

Are we seeing a connection between colleges and anti trumpness? Go figure. I bet we can find more. Quoting: Thor Fury That's a really good point. Glad you brought that up. I don't think we saw widespread voting against Trump with Cruz and Kasich votes until Super Tuesday. Probably more so once we got to OK and TX. I see a yellow area around UI Champaign (east central IL). Around UK there is Cruz counties. Map shows a stripe of Cruz counties in northern NC. O, in the UP of MI where Northern MI Tech is. In WI, there was probably UWM students voting against Trump. |

He's getting more delegates than Ted Cruz based off a delegate to vote ratio. Quote For each percentage point of total primary votes that Trump has won, he has been awarded 1.22 percent of the total delegates. In other words, as a matter of Republican Party math, Trump has been awarded a delegate bonus of 22 percent above his raw support from voters. By contrast, Cruz has been awarded about 1.14 percent of the delegates for each percentage point of votes he has won — a delegate bonus of 14 percent above his raw support. (Cruz’s 545 delegates comprise 32 percent of all delegates awarded to date, while he has won about 28 percent of all votes in the primaries, according to the NBC analysis.) Taken together, the data show Trump has been awarded 8 percent more delegates than Cruz for the same rate of voter support.
