CBS news too. They couldn't get enough. Youtube John Edwards and Enquirer, and you'll see that there were many MSM networks who happily covered it.

It's different now because they KNOW if they had covered it last week, Cruz would've had to drop out immediately and Trump would've been declared the nominee and that didn't fit the MSM's narrative of the week to keep being bias against the front runner.

So the media bought Cruz a little time to see how Wisconsin plays out (and Cruz is going to lose) and the media can write a new script as to why Cruz is a disaster. All the USA media knew about Cruz's sex scandal months ago they just didn't want to say because they were trying to throw the election and steal it away from Trump and all of the millions of Trump supporters.

the Enquirer accused Republican minority leader Kevin McCarthy of having an affair with Congresswoman Renee Elmers. Both Elmers and McCarthy denied the rumors and said it was part of a ploy to destroy the former minority leader’s credibility.

Prior to Rubio suspending his campaign, a few hit pieces came out claiming he was having an affair. However, like the report on Boehner, it was more of a dud than a bombshell.

the Enquirer literally makes it a business to do this on the regular. and you know what? maybe some of them were right... maybe... but without ANY viable evidence you actually help them escape the accusations.

and to the people who said why is Ted a lawyer and not suing if it's a false accusation... because smart people realize suing only brings bullshit to the foreground allowing more rumors to escalate...
