Huge scam, they transfer let's say 500 hundred Afghanis', Iranians and in return Turkey sends 500 Syrians. So Greeks are only weeding out non Syrians and taking in same amount that they're returning.

For every 500 officially deported you'll have another 5000 allowed in.

It's called BORDERS.

And while they can allow travel freely for all in Europe say, and they can have ID to cross borders quickly, high risk groups should not be there AT ALL.

They also need to entrench the concept of national culture, that each European country has its own unique culture and they're not willing to have anyone come in and change this.

So national pride in your own culture is a pretty thing overall.

They (Turkey) sheltered already ca. 3.000.000 Syrians (3 Mio.!!!)
and i don't trust them!
